RAD Construction is a sole proprietorship doing residential work in Southern Colorado and Northern California. The owner of RAD, Ronald Alan Dunbar, is a licensed and insured General Contractor with 40 years of building experience. Completed projects include: large and tiny homes, additions, kitchen and bathroom renovations, in-law/second units. RAD project involvement can range from planning to excavation/foundation through final cleaning.
Regardless of the size and scope of the project, our process is the same: Understand and clarify the owner’s vision and make that vision a reality. We prioritize environmentally friendly, cost effective solutions. We recognize the importance of sustainably sourced and renewable materials We strive for harmonious, productive relationships with everyone involved in the process: designers, engineers, permitting agencies, sub-contractors, suppliers and building site neighbors.
